CHILDREN’S CENTER IN THE VILLAGE OF VORZEL,
IN THE BUCHA URBAN COMMUNITY

Vorzel is a village in Ukraine, in the Bucha urban community of the Bucha district of the Kyiv region. Due to its exceptional natural and climatic conditions, Vorzel has gained wide popularity primarily as a health resort. The master plan for the village’s development for the next twenty years will provide for the creation of a hotel infrastructure, entertainment and rehabilitation infrastructure.
PROJECT OBJECTIVE
To create a children’s center to help children receive proper care and support, to overcome psychological trauma, gain knowledge and skills that will help them find their path in life.

In 2023, I founded the international charitable foundation for the development of orphaned children, Kado Foundation.
The next step is to create a children’s center for orphans, children from boarding schools, and family-type orphanages in the village of Vorzel near Kyiv. This is a global project with no analogs in Ukraine.
In fact, I am aiming for a big dream – to build an entire town for children, consisting of 18 family-type houses and two administrative buildings.
The goal is not only to provide children with a roof over their heads but also to offer psychological and legal assistance, and to help them find their way in life.

I am personally interested in observing the successes of our wards, supporting them, and guiding them when necessary. It is important to convey that children need attention to their personality, not pity. And everyone, by their birthright, deserves a happy life.
By the way, the children will study in neighboring public schools and interact with different peers. Their lives will not be confined within the center.
Moreover, other children will be able to freely come to the town’s territory, play with our wards, engage in art, or play football.

The children will have a gym, dining hall, cinema, play areas, and spaces where they can draw, sing, dance, engage in martial arts, or study various languages. And all of this will be completely free of charge.
Our mission is to foster an interest in education, sports, and creativity in various fields and to assist in their realization. Awakening faith in oneself is the most important thing.
When you focus on your abilities rather than your suffering, you get to know yourself, discover new facets of your personality – there is simply no time for sadness and self-destructive thoughts.
This transforms your understanding of yourself. You are capable of something, regardless of where you were born or who you are now.
With hard work, you can achieve your desired goals and dreams, rather than expecting manna from heaven from your surroundings.
Let me say a little about our staffing policy. Future specialists of the center will undergo a rigorous selection process. In addition to professional skills and work experience, we will assess the psychological profile of each candidate, their empathy, and genuine interest in the development and success of the children.
Each office and classroom will have video surveillance: not only for staff control but also to observe the children – their reactions, mood, and expressions.
There are already worthy people who responded as soon as they heard about the charitable foundation and the project’s mission. Besides the idea, we are ready to offer a high level of salary and working conditions.
For now, we are at the concept stage and building a strong team. We are attracting investors and philanthropists from America. According to preliminary calculations, the project will require $10 million. Of course, this is a huge amount of money, and we are looking for ways to minimize expenses.
In Ukraine, we have received support from the Vorzel city council. MP, the Commissioner for Children’s Rights Representative Iryna Suslova has agreed to support the initiative.
Previously, I reached out to one of the founders of the children’s rights movement in Ukraine, the initiator of the modern system for protecting children’s rights, Mykola Kuleba. I received feedback and am expecting constructive steps forward.
There is a lot of work ahead. The realistic timeline for the project’s implementation is 2025-2026.
